SET THE MOOD

Open up your chakras, tie up your hair and get ready to experience the glow with me. 

PREP YOUR BEAUTIFUL FACE

Wash away all the nasties with your favourite cleanser. Follow up with your favourite serum/or oils. Give it a minute to sink in and let the magic begin!

FOREHEAD

Using firm yet gentle pressure, place my large end at the centre of your forehead and start to roll above your eyebrows slowly towards your hairline in a vertical upward motion. Repeat 5-10x as needed.

CHEEKS

Move to the center of your face, apply medium pressure and roll out across your cheeks towards your ears. 

EYES

Place my smaller end under your eyes, apply gentle pressure and roll from the inner eye towards the outer corner. Repeat 10x. Be sure to be extra careful in this area.

JAWLINE & NECK

Next place my larger end on the centre of your chin and start to roll out towards your ears. Repeat 5x. Lastly, roll me in a downward motion from your ear to clavicle. Your pressure should be medium to firm. Repeat this 5-10x as needed.

FOREHEAD & TEMPLE

Keeping me flat against your beautiful face scrape in an upwards motion from your eyebrows towards your hairline. Then follow from the outer corner of your eye towards your hairline.

EYES & CHEEKS

Starting from the crease of your nose scrape me in an outwards motion towards your ear.

JAWLINE

Using my double ended tip, scrape from your chin to your ear.
