HOW OFTEN TO USE ME: 2-3x a week. 

	STEP 1 Set the mood, open up your chakras, tie up your hair and get ready to experience the glow with me. It’s good vibes only from here
	STEP 2 Fill me up with water or your favourite Glow Tonic.
	STEP 3 Freeze until set.
	STEP 4 Glide on clean skin in circular motion in 20-30 second intervals.
	STEP 5 Follow with your favourite serum + moisturizer.

• Run water over frozen cube for easy gliding.
• For maximum product absorption use me over masks and serums.
• Discontinue use if irritation appears.
