RETURNS POLICY
INCORRECT OR FAULTY PRODUCTS
We want our Glow Babes to love every aspect of their Glow Away SKIN products. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Our customer care team can be contacted at info@shopglowawayskin.com.
Please provide details (including photos) within 14 days of purchase. We will assess the next steps that need to be taken and provide instructions accordingly. Please include your full name and order confirmation number in the subject line to ensure your request is reviewed promptly.
To be eligible for a return, the product must in its original packaging and condition. No refunds will be made for any products that have been returned opened or used.
All shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked service to return goods as returns are on the onus of the customer.
If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
Once your return has been received we will notify you via email. If you are deemed eligible for a refund, the refund will be processed to the original method of payment. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
EXCEPTIONS/ NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Due to hygienic and quality reasons Glow Away SKIN does not offer refunds or accept returns for change of mind, including a satisfaction guarantee as results vary based on skin type. If you have any underlying skin conditions, or overly sensitive skin, always consult a dermatologist prior to placing an order. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
MISSING ITEMS
We understand the importance of receiving your order on time and in good condition. We work diligently to ensure your order is shipped to you on time and in the best condition. If there are any issues with your order please contact us at info@shopglowawayskin.com with your order confirmation number and we will work with you to resolve the issue. Note re-deliveries of returned orders due to incomplete or incorrect address or uncollected parcels are the onus of the customer. Additional shipping costs to have your order re-shipped to the correct shipping address are the responsibility of the customer.
Please email us as soon as possible at info@shopglowawayskin.com with your details and address to be delivered to if you have made in error in the address. We will try our best to change your address however, changes in address are not guaranteed if your order has already been shipped.
Note if the address cannot be changed, lost parcels and re-deliveries of returned orders due to incomplete or incorrect address or uncollected parcels are the onus of the customer. Additional shipping costs to have your order re-shipped to the correct shipping address are the responsibility of the customer.
All orders are tracked and a tracking link is provided. No refunds will be provided on uncollected parcels, returned parcels, or lost parcels due to incomplete address.
As mentioned above, for parcels returned to Glow Away SKIN due to incorrect/incomplete address or uncollected parcel, an option is available for redelivery at an additional cost.
For lost parcels due to incomplete addresses or parcels that are uncollected, the item must be repurchased and shipped out again.
